We are excited to introduce Oliver Yeates to the Excel Communications team. As a customer support trainee, he will be helping customers with technical issues and faults as well as being able to provide help and guidance on our connectivity and telephony product ranges.
Over the next few months, Olly will be undergoing official partner training for our key telephony services such as Excel Connect, Gamma Horizon and Wildix PBX to name a few. Aside from this, he will also be learning about the different internet connectivity services such as Single order Generic Ethernet Access (SoGEA) and Fibre To The Premises (FTTP) to Satellite Internet like Starlink and everything in between.

Apart from his love for football, he enjoys socialising with friends, gaming, F1 driving and playing darts. Olly, a self-confessed computer enthusiast and sees his recent position at Excel Communications a perfect fit to his interests.
